National Honor Society

"The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students.  More than just honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.  These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.”

The purpose of this organization is to honor students who have excelled in scholarship, leadership, service and character in secondary schools.  Membership in the National Honor Society is both an honor and a responsibility.

At the beginning of each semester, students who make the Honor Roll (3.5 on a 4.0 scale) will be sent and invited to fill out a Candidate Information Form.  Applicants will need to uphold academic integrity standards and behavior expectations (both on and off campus).  Applicants are also involved in extracurricular activies, service events, athletics, other clubs, and take active leadership roles when given the opportunity.

Don't miss out on any information by signing up for the club remind.
