Within the packet, in the "Scholarships Selection List" from pages 12 - 22, if the scholarship criteria says: **Please visit College & Career Center (Room A104) to pick up the form required to apply to this scholarship. If this separate form is not completed, then the student will not be considered for this scholarship.**

4. Knightsen Graduate Alternate Route Scholarship
5. NHS (National Honor Society) Liberty Chapter Scholarship

*Please attach these extra forms to your scholarship packet to submit everything together!
